Siam Secrets Ltd: Return & Refund Policy

Last updated: 29.08.2026

We want you to love your piece. If something's not right, here's how returns and refunds work.

1. Returns Window

You can return most items within 14 days of delivery, provided they're unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with any tags or certificates intact.

We're unable to accept returns after 14 days from the date your order arrives, except in the case of a fault or breakage covered under Section 3 below.

To start a return, email us through the 'contact' page on the website with your order number and reason for return.

2. How Refunds Work

Once you've sent your item back to us, we'll inspect it to confirm it meets the return conditions above.

Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received back and checked by us. We don't refund in advance of receiving the item. Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days.

Return postage is at the customer's cost unless the item arrived faulty, incorrect, or broken (see Section 3).

Not eligible for return or refund:

  • Pierced jewellery (earrings), for hygiene reasons, unless faulty or broken.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration caused after delivery.

3. Faulty or Broken Items

We stand by the quality of every piece we sell. If your item is broken on arrival, or breaks within the first 1 month (30 days) of purchase under normal wear, we'll offer a return, replacement, or refund - even outside the standard 14-day window.

To claim under this policy:

  • Contact us within 1 month of your purchase date through the 'contact' page on the website.
  • Include your order number and clear photos or description of the damage
  • We will ask you to send the item back to us so we can inspect it

This covers genuine faults and breakages under normal use. It doesn't cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g. rhodium plating gradually wearing with heavy use, contact with perfume/lotion, or moisture exposure)
  • Accidental damage, misuse, or loss
  • Natural variation in gemstones or pearls (colour, shape, or inclusions), which is part of what makes each piece unique, not a fault

4. Your Statutory Rights

This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations or Consumer Rights Act 2015.
