1. Orders & Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We'll confirm your order by email once payment has gone through.
• Prices are shown in GBP £.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, even after an order has been placed, and will contact you before proceeding if this happens.
• Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering.

2. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are covered in full in our separate Return & Refund Policy. In short: returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, refunds are issued once the item is received back and checked, and we cover faulty or broken items within the first month of purchase.

• We do our best to photograph and describe each piece accurately, including gemstone and material details.
• Natural materials (gemstones, pearls) vary piece to piece - slight differences in colour, shape, or inclusions are part of what makes each item unique, not a fault.
• Screen settings can affect how colours appear online; if you're ever unsure, just ask and we're happy to send extra photos.

• Items purchased at pop-up events follow the same Return & Refund Policy as online orders, unless stated otherwise at the time of sale.
