We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days of purchase. During busy periods (e.g. holidays, pop-up season) this may take slightly longer but we'll let you know if there's any significant delay.

2. Delivery Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the delivery option selected. Any free shipping thresholds or promotions will be shown at checkout.

3. Tracking

Where available, you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched, so you can follow its progress.

4. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We package and send every order carefully, but we're not able to take responsibility for items sent to an incorrect address that was entered at checkout.

5. Delayed or Lost Deliveries

Once your order has left us, delivery is handled by our courier/postal provider. If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us through the website with your order number and we'll do what we can to help track it down or resolve the issue.

If you'd prefer to collect your order in person at a pop-up or arrange collection following a private event, just let us know when ordering and we'll confirm the details with you directly.
